Ready for the Workday® means being Ready™ for the unexpected. We are proud to share the story of the heroic actions of employee-partner, Jose Luis Ceniceros.

While dining at a restaurant, Jose heard someone screaming for help and responded immediately. A patron of the restaurant told Jose there was a woman lying on the restroom floor, and after proceeding to walk into the restroom Jose realized the woman was unresponsive. Since the stall door was locked, Jose climbed over the wall and moved the woman into the larger space. Jose checked her breathing and saw that she was turning blue so he instantly began continuous compressions until the woman began breathing again. The paramedics arrived a few minutes later, and gave Jose a Lifesaving Medal for heroic actions.
