Cintas employee-partner Jon Chavis is a North Carolina resident who is passionate about the “Smokey Mountains” of Tennessee. He has visited the area numerous times since his childhood and has many fond memories of Gatlinburg. After the area was struck by massive wild fire, many residents lost everything they owned.

Some even lost their lives and Jon wanted to help by collecting many items that he thought those impacted might need. Jon drove his box trailer and pick-up truck three-hours on a Saturday morning to deliver the items he collected to a shelter in Gatlinburg.

Jon is a Shuttle Driver from our Statesville, NC location. Thanks for making an impact, Jon!
