Ready for the Workday® means Ready™ for the Unexpected. The following story is about the heroic actions of employee-partner, Brittany Emch!

Recently, Brittany was having dinner at a popular restaurant with her mom Michelle, who is also a Cintas partner, when her mom started to choke. Brittany jumped into action and without hesitation, performed the Heimlich Maneuver to dislodge the blockage in Michelle’s windpipe. Brittany says that thanks to the training she received via Cintas First Aid and Safety, she was able to keep calm and react swiftly to save her mom’s life. Other than being a little sore, Michelle is completely fine.
