SSRs Miguel Alvarez and Michael Guerrero were at the wheel of their trucks, heading for Miami, Florida’s Location 17 at the end of their shifts when a car about a block ahead skidded off the road and plunged into a canal. Pulling their trucks to the curb, the two went into action.
