INROADS
Cintas provides support to hundreds of organizations on a corporate level, as well as at a local level, including hospitals, foster children programs, homeless shelters, workplace development and emergency agencies to name a few. Matthew 25: Ministries, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the American Heart Association and INROADS are examples of the many organizations we support.
INROADS is a national organization that assists
businesses in the development of talented minority youth for professional careers in corporate America.
Cintas began its relationship with INROADS in 1996 and has been one of the top employers of INROADS
student scholars.
INROADS client managers place
college students in two- to four-year internships with participating
organizations such as Cintas. As a participating business, Cintas strives to prepare INROADS interns for
corporate and community leadership.
Cintas provides meaningful internships for INROADS students nationwide. "INROADS students are among the
best and brightest," said Scott Farmer, Cintas CEO. "They are high-caliber individuals and a tremendous
asset to our organization and company culture."
Cintas was presented the 2007 Corporate Plus award for its continued support of INROADS
in Greater Cincinnati.
