Nominate an Outstanding Hero

The Cintas Heroes program was established in 2008 to recognize the contributions of Cintas partners who have made a difference in the lives of others by going above and beyond the call of duty. These partners represent outstanding spirit and initiative to help fellow partners and/or those in their community. In addition, these partners exemplify the Cintas spirit and culture on a regular basis.

Cintas Hero Recognition Program:

Each quarter, a Cintas partner will be chosen by the Cintas Heroes Selection Committee and recognized for his/her contributions*. One partner may nominate another for this award. The partner nominated for the Cintas Heroes program should truly represent spirit, commitment, personal sacrifice and efforts far above the norm.

Examples of actions taken by a Cintas Hero would include (but are not limited to):
- Extinguished a car fire while on a route
- Came to the aid of an injured stranger
- Utilized Cintas First Aid training to save the life of a fellow partner or stranger while performing daily routine
- Held a blood drive to benefit a member of the community or fellow partner
