Valley High School in Las Vegas has a business program for students who want to prepare for the “real world” of work. Part of their training includes lessons in the importance of a professional appearance. To foster pride

and professionalism, the school provides blazers for students to wear at job fairs and other professional and community events. Unfortunately, budget limitations meant the students were wearing blazers that had been used for more than 15 years. Van Heffner, President and CEO of the Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association, reached out to ask if we could help. As Cintas partners, we understand the impact a professional appearance has on how one feels and presents oneself. We supplied a shipment of new blazers to the students at Valley High, who now feel renewed pride in their appearance. We were happy to assist these young people in enhancing their professionalism as they prepare for the future.
